Lasagna needs no introduction. It’s one of these dishes that you want to have in your freezer for a rainy day. It’s so hearty and wholesome and just hits the spot, every single time.
I know, theres nothing indian about this dish. I’m not even sure who created it, but what i do know is i’ve been eating this dish since i was a child. It’s easy, delicious, and fulfilling.

Super easy, quick, delicious, and good looking recipe. I don’t eat fresh tomatoes, but once they’re cooked, YUM. To make it this tart look extra good, you need to find different types and colors of tomatoes.
One of the best sauces that’s always available in my fridge. I use it as a quick fix for my pastas or as a pizza sauce. Very easy, and very forgiving.
