Soft Pretzels

When you bite into a homemade pretzel and get a rush of memories flooding through your head, you know you’ve done something right.

First time making pretzels, not the last. I followed the recipe to the point, but i felt the dough was way too sticky, so i increased the flour by 1/2 cup and it turned out great. I used Bread Flour for a chewier pretzel but you can use All Purpose Flour, you’ll get a doughier pretzel. Its a preference.

Smoked Salmon Quiche

My favourite quiche recipe, its super simple and really tastes exceptional. You can use the mix for any quiche recipe and then add whatever add ons you want.

I always use puff pastry for the crust because it just tastes much better and has that flaky buttery texture.  Blind baking the crust is a must, or else you will end up with an overly cooked filling and a soggy crust. If you don’t have any ceramic baking beads you can use any dried bean you have (chickpeas etc)

Lemon Garlic Spinach Shrimp Linguine

This is probably one of the yummiest, fastest, and easiest pasta recipes. It is literally so good, and an awesome dish if you are hosting!

It is done in one pot and really does not take more than 30 minutes.

I absolutely love shrimps, shrimp everything actually, and with this recipe you can really feel a burst of shrimp flavour in every bite. The shrimps are tossed in a buttery garlic chilli sauce and the lemon just brings all these amazing flavours together!

Mac and Cheese Stuffed Pumpkin

If you guys follow me on Instagram you probably would have realised that I have been obsessively cooking with PUMPKINS. Pies, cookies, truffles,bedtime drinks, you name it I’ve done it this month!

This week was one of the most chaotic weeks of my LIFE. I had so many projects and so many recipes to deliver in such a SHORT timeframe. But i did it! Didn’t think i’d be able to complete all these tasks but i did!! And i’m SO PROUD of myself 😀

Won’t be able to share with you what i did until the end of the month!

On another note, my aunt has an awesome stuffed pumpkin recipe, and i’ve always been intimidated to try it out. So after i finished from all my project shoots I decided to stuff my little pumpkin 🙂

Zucchini Tart

My first tart, ever!! I was at the grocery store where I buy all my vegetables and fruits and was really intrigued by the imported zucchinis. One was yellow and the other green. So, of course, being a hoarder, i decided to buy one of each.

Came back home and googled some recipes. Found this recipe for a delicious, and I really mean DELICIOUS, restaurant quality, tart.

Lemon-Thyme Chicken Roast

Back from our summer vacation, and back to fully focusing on Mrs.Clueless!

I had gotten a recipe book (Comfort Food) before we left for our vacation and I didn’t have the chance to try anything from it! So yesterday night while we were watching Narcos Season 2, which by the way is SO GOOD, i decided to open up the book and make something for dinner.

This roast caught my attention because, well, i have a chicken in my freezer, and it seemed moderately hard.
