These are addictive. Not only are they sugar free but they’re soo good and really ridiculously easy to make! Definite crowd pleaser with super nostalgic flavors.

I can’t begin to explain how much time these took, my back hurts and my kitchen is very messy. BUT they turned out really really really good, so i guess it was worth it. Next year, i’m buying them.

I love these cookies because you can make them into large ones, small ones, keep them chewy or brown them. Whatever you choose, they are AWESOME.

So, I had a bunch of Pecans, and I couldn’t find any corn syrup (not easily available in Beirut) to make my first Pecan pie. Off to the internet and there it was, a beautiful chocolate chip pecan cookie. It looked SO GOOD.
