I know, theres nothing indian about this dish. I’m not even sure who created it, but what i do know is i’ve been eating this dish since i was a child. It’s easy, delicious, and fulfilling.
Super healthy traditional Lebanese stew recipe, full of vitamins and veggies.
If you don’t have time to make the broth and then adding it to your veggies then you can place all ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook them for around 30-45 min. It’s a very forgiving recipe that will taste amazing no matter what.
Squeeze some lemon juice and serve with warm vermicelli rice.
Fall is probably the season where i make the prettiest and yummiest food, just saying. This dish literally takes 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook! It has a burst of insane flavours in every bite and is super presentable if you are hosting!
