When I saw Dania making these kaak i knew i had to try them. These are my favourite, filled with cheese, zaatar, Picon, or just plain. They’re incredibly easy to make and taste just like the real deal. Minus the pollution if you’re buying them off a street vendor.

If you don’t have time to make the broth and then adding it to your veggies then you can place all ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook them for around 30-45 min. It’s a very forgiving recipe that will taste amazing no matter what.
Squeeze some lemon juice and serve with warm vermicelli rice.

This is probably one of the yummiest, fastest, and easiest pasta recipes. It is literally so good, and an awesome dish if you are hosting!
It is done in one pot and really does not take more than 30 minutes.
I absolutely love shrimps, shrimp everything actually, and with this recipe you can really feel a burst of shrimp flavour in every bite. The shrimps are tossed in a buttery garlic chilli sauce and the lemon just brings all these amazing flavours together!
