I’m not a fan of lemon cakes, so i have no idea why i decided to make this. Saw the recipe on instagram @mattadlard and thought it looked really good.
This is probably one of the yummiest, fastest, and easiest pasta recipes. It is literally so good, and an awesome dish if you are hosting!
It is done in one pot and really does not take more than 30 minutes.
I absolutely love shrimps, shrimp everything actually, and with this recipe you can really feel a burst of shrimp flavour in every bite. The shrimps are tossed in a buttery garlic chilli sauce and the lemon just brings all these amazing flavours together!
So, after many requests here is the recipe!
Sorry I haven’t been posting much here but I have been SO BUSY with Mrs.Clueless, which is an amazing thing of course!
Yesterday I woke up feeling a bit under the weather so I decided to stay at home. Of course, I can not sit and do nothing so I ventured into giving a lemon poppy seed cake a try!
I adapted the recipe from The Cake Blog and shifted it around a bit!
Back from our summer vacation, and back to fully focusing on Mrs.Clueless!
I had gotten a recipe book (Comfort Food) before we left for our vacation and I didn’t have the chance to try anything from it! So yesterday night while we were watching Narcos Season 2, which by the way is SO GOOD, i decided to open up the book and make something for dinner.
This roast caught my attention because, well, i have a chicken in my freezer, and it seemed moderately hard.
I think you all have come to the conclusion that I am OBSESSED with lemons. Lemons in my salad, my chicken, my fries, my fish, even in my dishwashing soap. Can’t live without my lemons.
So last night, i decided to make a final cake in the kitchen before it is completely renovated this week! ( Currently an owner of an empty kitchen)
I wasn’t really feeling anything with cream or chocolate so i went for a lemon cake!
I got the chance to takeover The Feed Feed‘s Snapchat yesterday and i have to say it was a BLAST! I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce some Lebanese culture into my takeover so i set up an outdoor kitchen in our family home in the Lebanese countryside and used lebanese pottery to put all my ingredients in, some arabic music in the background, and i made HUMMUS.
Well, i didn’t just make hummus, i made beetroot hummus and Zaatar bread sticks to go with it!
